The “NPO “GKMP” LLC is a domestic designer and manufacturer of customized industrial hardware, high temperature gas and vacuum furnaces of different design and purpose, as well as technological lines for thermal treatment of other high temperature equipment.
The company managed to gather the best specialists in their fields of expertise. Many years of experience accumulated by few generations of engineers and technicians along with workmanship of employees and proper management enabled to create a world class production company.
The contracts successfully completed for the last few years contribute to the ability of the company’s team to tackle any challenges.
Currently our company is the only domestic manufacturer that adopts the fully in-the-house production cycle of the vacuum sputtering, thermal diffusion and thermal compression facilities. Over the years the company was honored with numerous local and federal awards.
Our company is always progressing; in summer 2023 we joined a national project “Work performance”. From May 2023 till October 2023 a work group of the most proactive managers and experts was established and trained to apply the basics and instruments of resource-saving production. Supported by the Center of Competences, a pilot group was selected, namely to be engaged in improvement of the metal bellows production site. In course of the project more than 20 members of the work group were trained under programs “Basics of the resource-saving production”, “Mapping”, “Production analysis”, “Target decomposition”, “KPIs and ICs”. The company’s coaches were properly trained in order to further instruct the rest of the staff that reaches as far as 85% of the entire personnel of the factory.
This incentive resulted in a substantial economic effect of the project that equals to RUB 14 million. The lead time decreased by 25%, the stock of workpieces and materials cut by more than 30%, the efficiency of a single operator using one and the same facility is augmented by 10%. These remarkable results are conditioned by less circulation of raw materials, successfully implemented industrial analysis, duly indicated issues, optimized production and workload, visualization and standardization, implemented 5C at workplaces.
There is still much to do to process the knowledge obtained in order to improve the rest of functional aspects. To achieve this goal, one has already elaborated and performed the implementation schedule of projects related to production of pavers and furnaces, as well as to production sites of patching machines. This part of work is supervised by the Bryansk center of competences remotely.
