The work costs do not include pre-production and screenmaking.
Additional services are charged for separately:
- Ultrasonic cleansing
- Post-mounting separation of plates
Pre-production:
- DIP through-hole mounting (THT) from RUB 1 000
- SMD manual mounting from RUB 1 500
- SMD automatic mounting from RUB 3 000
The price for works is given for general scope, each order and project are considered individually depending on complexity of the mounting, wiring density, component basis, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) dimensions and necessity to design and use jig.
For tools produced in “turn-key” configuration, taking into account the complete technological cycle, including adjustment, assembly, tests, reliability check, thermal treatment, vibration test, sprinkling, environmental testing, quality assurance, the final price is based on calculated n-h (normal hours) of a complete technological cycle.
