Specifications

Electromagnetic installation system T-15MD includes as much as six OUs and four spools of the OGUP horizontal field. The winding is designed to withstand overheating of more than 60 ºC and can be cooled down in between the 15s impulses.

All control spools OU1-OU6 are coils composed of two double-layer sections winded by hollow copper conductors. Insulation is made of glass mica tape and glass tape with epoxy binder. In attachment point with the OTP coils the spools are equipped with power fittings (fixture segments) from stainless steel 15-20 mm thick, homogeneously distributed on the spool’s edge; under fixture segments the insulation of spools is reinforced by glass mica and rubber spacers preventing it from any damage.
