Our high experienced team is engaged in design of high-tech hardware. Our experts are highly qualified professionals with a vast experience, theoretical background and outstanding practical skills in production of hardware designed for thermonuclear fusion, cryogenic, thermal vacuum test hardware, always up for any challenges.

Our team is capable to address any issues promptly.

We have our own design bureau that enables both to develop projects, technical documentation, drawings and mechanisms, nodes, pieces, and promptly implement technological improvement of end products. The resulting design documentation is in line with all technical conditions and GOST requirements. Design process may result in decision to mount additional functional hardware produced in-the-house or by using off-the-shelf solutions of other manufacturers, as Customer requires.

Our production center can produce high quality customized components to equip the hardware produced. Moreover, we are capable to produce hardware fit for internal overpressure, both having substantial chemical or thermal resistive properties.

Acceptance and evaluation: at this stage all materials and hardware necessary for further implementation of the project are accepted. Moreover, quality and conformity assessment is made to make sure that the project is in line with requirements.

Analysis and transaction: this stage covers analysis of all data and materials, as well as transactions and agreements to be entered into between suppliers and contractors.

Preparation and production flow: this stage includes preparation of all required documents and schedules related to the project. The released product or services rendered shall be in accordance with the requirements of the project.

Commissioning and completion of the project: at the last stage the project is handed over to the customer, the works performed are subject to quality inspection, possible defects are rectified, if any. After that the project is considered completed and ready for use.

Design stages

Development stage

Once the technical specification is submitted and well received, a work group of experts is established to initiate development process. Then the team selects and studies previously designed equivalents or their prototypes. All information gained is further discussed by a technical board to be processed and approved as final design configuration. Design and engineering solutions are taken while processing the information resulting in efficient methods to ensure functional performances and requirements set forth by the given specification. The decisions taken are assessed based on full and rational analysis of the product’s reliability, ergonomics, maintainability, unification and standardization.

Finally, one drafts and approves a dedicated schedule (roadmap) to design a new product. This schedule is considered as the key document for further project development.

Conceptual design stage

Conceptual design stage involves development of the product design documentation. Conceptual design features dimensions of the product and its components, presents design solutions, kinematic and electric circuits, selects proper elements, enlists construction and processing materials.

Apart from that, conceptual design describes possible design options, defines their specific properties and maturity stage. Design processing is performed in the manner to enable a comparative analysis of the design options considered. This stage includes preliminary calculations that confirm operability of the product, namely kinematic, electric, hydraulic systems etc.

Conceptual design can be submitted as a reporting documentation package both in hard or in soft copy in formats enabling changes or use the data presented, for example, to prepare a construction draft and arrangement of the hardware on production site.

The results of conceptual design the best approach is selected to be used as basis for subsequent technical projects or operational design documentation.

Engineering design stage

Engineering design is an important development milestone of the end product. This stage results in final technical decisions that provide a complete picture of the end product design, as well as the input data to develop design documentation. This stage tackles the following tasks:

  • Strength and reliability calculation, gas dynamics, thermal dynamics etc;

  • Drafting assembly drawings for basic assembly units, drawing key elements, mounting drawings with overall and coupling dimensions;

  • Production and test of prototype pieces and nodes when necessary to confirm reliability of materials selected or design solutions;

  • Justification of product’s safe use, its maintainability, definition of repair and scheduled maintenance;

  • Technical and economic justification of production costs;

  • Patent research.

Based on engineering design data, the operational design documentation is developed with subsequent prototype production and testing.

Prototype production and testing stage

A prototype is manufactured per operational design documentation in order to assess whether the end product is in line with requirements set forth in the technical specification and design documentation. Design team involved in development procedures performs the follow-up of the prototype along the entire production. Such approach ensures that any routine issue is addressed promptly and therefore, any production risks related to pieces and nodes out of design specification are avoided.

The prototype is tested per test program and method in conditions representative or as close as possible to those of in-service environment. While test campaign one estimates conformity of product’s performances to requirements set forth in the specification and therefore justify decisions taken at design stage. Tests results are considered as basis to decide on whether it appears necessary to amend design documentation and launch production process.
