The 31st All-Russian science and technical conference with international attendance “Vacuum equipment and technologies 2024”

On June 25-27, 2024 at the Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" the 31st All-Russian science and technical conference with international attendance “Vacuum equipment and technologies 2024” will take place.


The conference is intended for discussion of the most advanced achievements of vacuum physics and gas discharge at low pressure, vacuum creation techniques, pressure measurements and leakage control, film deposition and surface treatment, creation of perspective materials etc. Specific focus will be made on application of vacuum technologies in industry and scientific research, in particular medicine, nuclear industry, metallurgy and extraction. The training and education of highly qualified operators will also be in the agenda.


Further discussion will focus on cooperation within the framework of federal targeted programs and building-up of the general strategy to develop vacuum equipment and technologies as independent high-tech industry in Russia.
