They who “power” the sales. Girls that know everything about the road building machinery.

On the eve of the International Women’s day the journalist of the “Excavator.Ru” magazine had an interview with few girls who found their way with road building machinery.

— Please tell us what made you start your career in the world of special-purpose machinery? When did it happen?


— I joined the company in 2020. I stepped in the world of marketing not by a mere chance. I have in my record a field-specific education on the faculty for international relationship in the Belarus State University and in the Beijing University for foreign languages, I used to work in an international investment company on different cases and in a Chinese construction and engineering company. Promotion and construction of a brand requires a lot of effort, you know – you have to be aware of your competitors, have a good knowledge of trends and novelties in the field, think hundred moves ahead, study marketing psychology and customers behavior (anyways, it’s all about working with people).


— Which one of your professional achievements makes you especially proud?


— I would like to emphasize straight ahead that it is well-aligned business processes of the company, properly tuned and efficient effort of all employees that ensures the best result. Each employee has to understand his/her role and responsibility. When I joined the company my first goal was to restructure the marketing department, to make up team, to align business processes, to select a proper strategy and to launch marketing channels. I am always in favor of system process and, consequently, I rely exclusively on comprehensive approach and thus work out the brand of the company in general. The result, for example, can be represented by a close cooperation with such scientific and research institutions like the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI), development of a new design for a road paver.

Alina: “Each employee has to acknowledge his/her role and responsibility”.


It is noteworthy that our company and our equipment is often shown on such federal channels as Rossya-1, Rossya-24, the 1st channel, NTV etc. this year we implement a dealer network all over Russia, we already drafted a plan of presentations and conferences for 2023-2024.


As of my own professional aspirations, they are rather challenging not only in terms of road-building machinery of the company, but also in terms of the workforce potential and industry in general.


—Please share with us an interesting story from your every day professional life.


— We closely cooperate with our customers. We have a deal of work “in the field” during the test campaign of new models of machines, road pavers. Such events are attended by Customer’s team, as well as by representatives of the manufacturer. Therefore, if a test campaign takes place in summer time, you will come up with a lovely suntan! We know better than anyone else what’s it like to pave the road at 30 degrees heat.


— What would you wish to other girls and yourself for the International Women’s day?


— I would like to wish all colleagues engaged in production and machinery good health, outstanding enthusiasm, love and prosperity for their families! May you reach your most challenging goals! Smile more often, warm this world with your love, shine your beauty out. Be happy and loved!
