On May 16-17 the “NPO “GKMP” will take part in the international forum and expo “Road building in Russia: innovations, technologies and quality”

On May 16-17 in the hotel “Azimuth Hotel Olympic” (18/1 Olympiysky Prospect) a yearly forum and expo “Road building in Russia: innovations, technologies and quality” took place; the event was supported by the Russian Ministry of Transport, the Federal road building agency, the State Duma, ITC No.418 “Road facilities” and by the RUT (Russian University of Transport - MIIT).

This year the specialists will discuss the most crucial issues of import replacement, scaling of efficient technologies and new materials in regions, maintenance of highways and security of the road traffic. The special emphasis was given to quality of highways, use of recyclable resources, as well as to industry’s human resources.

Traditionally this discussion will involve representatives of the federal and regional authorities, design, construction and contractor organizations, expert and scientific community, engineering companies engaged in implementations of innovative materials and technologies in road building.

The forum was also a venue for advanced solutions elaborated by the leaders of the industry. The participants took an advantage of the expo and shared experience regarding the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and materials.
