Regional stage of the pan Russianlabor fair ’Russia is at work. Time of opportunities”

In the framework of the federal project “A man of labor” of the national project “Human resources” to promote highly demanded professions, a dedicated all-Russia fair is to take place. Its regional stage will be held in Bryansk on April 18. 

The BryanskChildren's School of Arts named after T. Nikolaeva is expectedto be the venue of this event: 13 Bryansk Proletarskaya Division str. The event starts at 10:00.

The “NPO “GKMP” LLC will take part in all-Russia labor fair “Russia at work. Time of opportunities”.

All Russian labor fair is an event of a large scale that unites applicants and employers from all over the country. For employers this event could prove to be efficient venue to hire local employees of required qualification. The applicants, on the other hand, could get in touch with protentional employers and thus compare labor practices and social benefits. For young people this would be a space to discover new professions, get some career guidance and learn more about educational initiatives of the lead universities, - said Evgeniy Petrov, the director for social policy and labor of the Bryansk region.

The main idea of this fair is to meet the staffing needs of organizations in crucial economy industries. The agenda of this particular day will include presentations of the lead industrial, transport companies, largest agricultural and industrial holdings and other organizations that have certain staffing needs.

This fair will inform the citizens of the region on new professional competences, provide advice on how to compile a good CV and give a proper career guidance, as well as inform on new employment opportunities for disabled people. The officers of employment service will carry out a dedicated career testing that will determine the best suitable job and select a proper learning course.

The participants of the Special military operation will be in special focus:the regional fund Defenders of the Motherland shall support a task in order to tackle employment and educational issues for the SMO participants. The national security, defense and law enforcement agencies will also place their vacancies.

The first all-Russian labor fair shall also be marked with the festival of professions aimed for school children and young people. The idea is to promote professions highly demanded at labor market as well as the most prospective service jobs.

The festival is to take place at the Staffing center “Russia’s work” in Bryansk: 19 Kharkovskaya str. The event starts at 10:00.

The jobfestival will present different professions that might interest young people. The guests can have professional testing, play certain professional games like PorfiWork and Adultland; VR glasses will open the world of professions and the workshop “Work in summer” will inform on employment opportunities in summer time. Among other entertainments Job-crossword and online competition to check how well you know the factories in Bryansk. Other workshops will be professionally targeted and involve veterans of the Bryansk machine production factory. Moreover, one could learn more about jobs that used to be popular yesterday, highly demanded today and will so remain in future.

At local scale the events of the All-Russian labor fair will be held by employment centers.
