Road building conference “Heavy machines for easy accomplishments”

On June 26, the production site of the “NPO “GKMP LLC” held the road building conference “Heavy machines for easy accomplishments”. The event was attended by several guests of honor, such as representatives of the Ministry for Trade, Rosavtodor and federal state institutions, “Rosasphalt” and “Rosspetsmash” associations, as well as spokespersons from industrial and road building companies. The event brought together such partners as the Road machines factory LLC, The Road-building machinery factory “Region 45” and the “TTM” LLC.

The business agenda of the event included discussion held by the attendees regarding the best practices of domestically produced road building equipment, as well as the most efficient methods to build up a mutually beneficial cooperation. Apart from issues aimed at development and scaling, a specific emphasis was made on road building production in the Russian Federation.

The Deputy Director of the trade house “Desna” LLC Dmitry Alfimov reported on the following: “The trade company “Desna” LLC jointly with road-building companies takes efforts to create a comprehensive domestic road building complex of the Russian Federation.

Regional project manager of the “TTM” LLC Sergey Finutin reported on new TTM product, namely the software called the “Road datasheet”. This is an efficient tool designed to monitor and analyze basic performances of road construction process.

The hosting party represented by the trade house “Desna” supported by the “NPO “GKMP” LLC presented follow-ups on companies, demonstrated production sites and production capacities, as well as machines designed and produced thereon. The road paver “DESNA 2100” became an object of special attention: all attendees could have a look at real time drive test of the paver. Attendees managed to take personal part in paving the mixture SPS-5. The “Road building machinery factory” also demonstrated machinery, namely different types of compactors. Those involved in highway services and companies were demonstrated operational capacities of domestically produced road building machines, especially efficiency, speed and accuracy. On-site discussion is a perfect platform to highlight the needs and requests of customers that in their turn revealed required information on machines. Road building experts will be provided with assistance based on design and road building experience gained by scientific and research companies, with consideration of feedback provided by road building organizations from all over the country.
