“NPO “GKMP” LLC attended the 3rd exhibition forum “Road building in Russia: innovation, technologies, quality”

The event hosted an exhibition for breakthrough solutions proposed by the leading industry actors, where the “NPO “GKMP” LLC demonstrated the machinery produced and, as part of the forum agenda, shared experience related to implementation and application of cutting-edge technologies, as well as issues and prospects of the import substitution.

 

The company’s management represented by the Deputy Director Dmitriy Alfimov met representatives of the federal and regional authorities, contractors, design and engineering companiesin charge of implementing the innovative materials and technologies in road maintenance; the discussion concerned the challenges and prospects for development of the road-building in Russia, in particular the production of road pavers and further development of the industry, the possibilities of import substitution, the development of transport construction in regions, the implementation of the nationwide project “Safe and quality roads”, as well as the environmental agenda and improvement of regulatory basis.

 

Dmitriy Alfimov attended the forum and presented a report on “Production of road pavers in Russia. Challenges and prospects for development”. In this report he tackled the main activity of the company and works performed in terms of import substitution in order to meet the country’s needs in domestically manufactured road-building machinery.
