XVII National Russian Exhibition-forum “GOSZAKAZ”

The motto of the event – «Time for Russian production 2.0». The upcoming forum will focus of further support of national industrial companies.
The exhibitors will focus on the following key topics:
- first purchasing experience within “optimization” package, discussion of possible changes of the Federal laws 44-ФЗ and 223-ФЗ;
- application of the national purchasing regime: quota allocation, “third and second weird” principle, preferences, bans and other restrictions;
- key aspects of the transfer from defense industry to civil production;
- the overview of the best practices aimed to diversify defense industry production;
- implementation of new instruments and services within the framework of the Universal information purchasing system;
- mechanisms to enter and execute special investment and offset contracts;
