New edition program, channel Russia 24. From energy : new properties of plasma

A comprehensive program for technology and scientific development in industry in the Russian Federation has been extended up to 2030. The respective Decree was signed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The core of this program is the Federal project. Who and when will implement t/n fusion and when we are to expect hybrid reactors and space propulsion will be tackled in subsequent of special reports regarding Russian National Projects.
