The work performance initiative launched in Bryansk region as part of the new national project

The “Research and Production company” Machinery and Tools Engineering Group” LLC is the Russian designer and manufacturer of special-purpose industrial equipment, high temperature gas and vacuum electric furnaces of different design and application, technological lines for thermal treatment, quenching, annealing and tempering of complex shape and size pieces, vacuum sputtering machines, thermal diffusion, thermal compression machines, machines for monocrystal growing, test benches, thermal vacuum chambers, vacuum shutoffs and other high-tech hardware.

The company managed to gather the best specialists in their fields of expertise. Many years of experience accumulated by few generations of engineers and technicians along with workmanship of employees and proper management enabled to create a world-renowned production company. The contracts successfully completed for the last few years contribute to the ability of the company’s team to tackle any challenges.

As of this moment, our company is the only domestic enterprise with complete in-the-house production of vacuum sputtering, thermal diffusion and thermal compression facilities. For years the company was awarded with several prizes both local and federal.

In May 2013 the company initiated the fulfillment of the national project “Work performance”. Along with the specialists of the Bryansk Regional competence center, the employees will be engaged in alignment of technical processes and study lean instruments and methods set forth by the national project “Work performance”.

Along the progress a pilot group will be selected. The main optimization points for the group selected shall be the improved output, shorter process completion time, reduced movements and stock.

The work group of the project will be trained per one of the 8 basic programs: “The basics of the resource saving production”, “Implementation of the improvement policy”, “Mapping”, “”5C system employed in production”, “Production analysis”, “Stand-alone maintenance”, “Standardized work” and “Process elaboration”.

More than 28 companies already took part in this national project, 16 of those made the first follow-ups of their participation. 12 companies are currently implementing this project. We remind that the national project “Work performance” was initiated in 2018 by initiative of the President Vladimir Putin. This project is intended to improve productivity of average and large factories engaged in non-extracting industries at least by 5% by 2024.
