- Please tell us in brief about your company

-Our company is a domestic manufacturer of a wide range of vacuum, thermal vacuum, electrothermal, crystal growing, non-standard high-tech hardware, cryogenic facilities, metal hoses, metal bellows and fixtures, as well as test facilities. Scientific research and developments in technical and natural science. The manufacturer of the hardware for thermonuclear fusion and creation of thermal vacuum test facilitates. We are selected by the leaders of the industry like ROSCOSMOS and ROSATOM.

-What is so unique about your hardware?

-Our hardware relies on patented nodes and modules (for example, heater unit of the bell-type electric furnace, patent 155040, application 2015100963 dated 12.01.2015, valid till 12.01.2025). So, what imported components could be replaced? We have received a respective statement from the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade for this particular furnace. This statement confirms that the content of imported components integrated into furnace is less than 70% of the total cost of the hardware.

-What is the share of the import replacement?

-The hardware is produced on the territory of the Russian Federation and the content of imported components and pieces is constantly decreasing.

-What consumer issues does this approach tackle?

-The hardware presented contains advanced technical and technological solutions that enable to put this hardware among innovative and high-tech ones.

-What are competitive advantages of your hardware compared to equivalents present on the market?

-The hardware is no equivalent of any imported facility but a stand-alone unit that surpasses all world equivalents in terms of functions and performances. Being a classic product with the most comfortable design for an operator, the product has a flexible software that enables technologist to program a technological process and to a technician to diagnose all nodes. This made our equipment highly demanded on the market of top-level resistance electric furnaces.

-Which application areas do you consider as priority?
